Getting started with StringerLoops
From an empty brand to your first approved content: sources, brand foundations, the first analysis and the first publication.
This guide takes you from an empty brand to your first approved content. Expect an hour the first time, then considerably less.
1. Lay the brand foundations
Under Settings you describe what you do, for whom, which problem you solve and how you want to sound. Everything the system produces rests on this: weak brand foundations give generic suggestions, whatever the model.
- Positioning: one sentence about what you are, without superlatives.
- Audience: primary and secondary, described as people rather than segments.
- Tone of voice: both what you want to sound like and what you want to avoid.
- Content language: controls which language new content is written in.
2. Connect content sources
Sources are what the system is allowed to build claims on: your own website, product documentation, reports, internal material or verified external sources. Paste text or upload documents. The more concrete the source, the less generic the result.
3. Run the first source analysis
The analysis reads the source, extracts verifiable claims and suggests angles with a why-now. Pick the angle that best matches your priorities — that is your first editorial decision in the system.
4. Review evidence and drafts
The angle becomes a brief and then drafts per channel. Fact and brand checks run before you see the text. At review you can approve, reject or request a rewrite with a ready-made instruction such as “more factual” or “shorter”.
5. Publish manually and log the outcome
Approved content is copied and published by you. Then log channel, date and link, and fill in whichever result figures you have. The fields are optional — missing data is shown as missing, never as zero.
Normal workflow: review, request any adjustment, approve, publish, log the outcome.
