Privacy Policy

StringerLoops operates the service at stringerloops.com. Privacy questions are answered at contact@stringerloops.com.

Account details (name and email), the organisation and brands you work in, and the content and source material you add yourself. We process this to deliver the service, not to sell it on.

You can choose to connect Google Search Console to a brand. It is optional and the service works without it.

• We request read-only access to Search Console. StringerLoops can never change, submit or delete anything in your Google account.
• We read search statistics for the site you select: dates, queries, impressions, clicks and average position. We do not read email, documents or other Google services.
• The data is used to measure visibility, detect changes in search and suggest what to work on next.
• All retrieved statistics are bound to your organisation and the brand you selected. It is never used for another customer and never aggregated across customers.
• The authorisation from Google is stored encrypted on the server and never leaves it. It is not shown in the interface and never sent to your browser.

Open Visibility in the app and choose Disconnect on Google Search Console. The authorisation is then deleted on our side and no further calls are made to Google for that brand. You can also revoke access at any time in your Google account under Security, Third party apps with account access.

Search statistics retrieved before disconnecting remain in your brand as historical evidence, because measurement and learnings build on it. If you want it deleted, contact contact@stringerloops.com.

We do not sell Google data, do not use it for advertising or ad profiling, and do not share it with other customers. Google data is only used for the features you see in the product.

We use providers for hosting, database, email delivery and AI processing of the content you work on. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data. Write to contact@stringerloops.com.
